Physical police station has arrested a permanent warrant accused who had been absconding for two years in a cheque bounce case. The accused has been identified as Akash Dhakad, against whom action had been pending for a long time.

Case details and arrest

The case is registered under Section 138 of the NI Act pursuant to court case number SCNIA/125/2020. Police arrested the accused on 31 October 2026.

Following the arrest, police produced the accused Akash Dhakad in the concerned court on 1 November 2026.
