Madhya Pradesh celebrated its 71st foundation day on Sunday. A state-level ceremony was held at the Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal, which was inaugurated by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.

Welfare distributions and cultural events

Various welfare and incentive programs have been outlined in the state for the occasion. During the ceremony, a total of 165 farmers will be given tractors, bullets, and e-scooters.

Additionally, to promote the education sector, 102 meritorious students will be awarded a scholarship of one lakh rupees each. As part of the cultural events, Bollywood singer Monali Thakur will give a performance in Bhopal.

Celebrations in Mandla

A special event for the foundation day was also held in Mandla, where Minister Sampatiya Uike played kabaddi with rural women.
