Kamya Mishra is a 2019-batch former IPS officer and is originally from Odisha. She had resigned from her post as rural SP of Darbhanga in August 2024.

Following her resignation, she has been associated with her family business. Currently, she manages her family's iron and steel business. Her husband, Awadhesh Dixit, is currently posted as the SP of Bhojpur district.
