A tragic road accident on Pyoda Road in Kaithal district, Haryana, resulted in the death of a motorcycle-riding farmer. The deceased has been identified as approximately 50-year-old Krishan Kumar, a resident of Chandana village.

Civil Line Police Station SHO Geeta confirmed the incident. The accident occurred when Krishan Kumar was returning home on his motorcycle from a milk dairy. Along the way, a truck travelling ahead of him suddenly applied its brakes, causing his motorcycle to crash into the rear of the truck.

Truck driver flees from the scene

The severe collision caused the death of the biker on the spot. Immediately after the accident, the truck driver managed to flee from the scene.

Police investigation underway

Following information about the incident, police recorded statements from the family members and registered a case against the absconding truck driver. The police had the post-mortem of the body conducted and handed it over to the family for final rites. The deceased leaves behind two sons, and the entire family is engaged in farming.
