A case of alleged abduction of a female student in a car, followed by harassment and intimidation, has come to light in the Bhauti police station area of Shivpuri district, Madhya Pradesh.

A police complaint regarding the incident was lodged on November 3, based on which authorities initiated swift action.

Accused arrested and car seized

Police have arrested a 20-year-old accused, identified as Priyanshu alias Honey Agarwal. The accused is a resident of Bhawaria Colony, Bhauti, and is the son of Mukesh Kumar Agarwal.

During the investigation, police also seized the car used in the incident. Cases have been registered against the accused under sections 87, 74, 75(1), and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Following the completion of procedural actions, police produced the accused before a court, from where he was sent for further judicial proceedings.
