The stock market on November 2 is trading with the Sensex up by more than 1,000 points at the 75,400 level. Alongside this, the Nifty is trading with a gain of over 250 points at the 23,300 level.

Foreign and domestic investments

Investment in the market has been recorded from both foreign and domestic investors. Foreign investors purchased shares worth 871.83 crore rupees on Wednesday and a total of 7,767 crore rupees in shares over 7 days.

Domestic investors invested 643.35 crore rupees in the market. Additionally, Reliance's September quarter profit was recorded at 29,550 crore rupees, marking a 34 percent increase.

Crude oil prices and corporate earnings

During trading, the price of Brent crude oil fell by about 3 percent to come down to 110 dollars per barrel.
