Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam has issued a new rule regarding the promotion of technical employees. Under this, passing the safety code test has been made mandatory for assistant linemen and sub-station attendants.

According to the rule, employees will no longer be promoted to the posts of lineman and assistant sub-station attendant without passing this test.

Decision following audit irregularities

This decision was taken following irregularities found during the pay-fixation audit. The management has given the concerned employees a period of six months to pass this test.
