Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested two terror associates linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba from Srinagar. The Counter Intelligence Kashmir conducted raids at six locations across Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama and Anantnag.

Accused identified and raids conducted

The arrested accused have been identified as Irshad Ahmad Bhat and Showkat Ahmad Reshi. This action was taken in connection with the social media recruitment network of the banned terror outfit.

Seizures and recent arrests

During the investigation, security forces seized digital devices and several incriminating documents from the spot. According to officials, a total of 30 terror associates have been arrested in Jammu and Kashmir in the past 75 days.
