The building of the middle school in Bamanawar under Isagarh block is 62 years old, with its roof supported by wooden beams and pipes. A total of 125 students from classes 6 to 8 study in this school.

Two rooms were constructed on the first floor of the school about 14 years ago at a cost of approximately Rs 6 lakh. However, no stairs or ramp were built to access the area, leaving these rooms unusable.

Unusable first floor and cooking of mid-day meals

At present, classes are suspended inside the damaged rooms, but mid-day meals are cooked at the same location.

Collector Saket Malviya has stated that an inquiry will be conducted into the entire matter and necessary action will be taken.
