A tragic incident occurred in Sondha village of Ambala City on Friday, where a two-year-old girl died after falling into a water tank located outside her house.

Family background and identification

The deceased child was identified as Chanda Kumari. Her father, Chhoturam, is a daily wage laborer and originally hails from Begusarai in Bihar. The family had moved into a rented house in the village only about a month ago.
